Ayako is a property and commercial lawyer with more than 5 years’ experience.

She was admitted as solicitor of the Queensland Supreme Court in 2007 and has been practising in private practices predominantly in property and commercial areas but also exposed to civil litigation, wills and estate, estate administration, employment and family law. She has acted for many SMEs including property developers, commercial property investors, real estate agents, restaurant and café owners and various retail shops and professional services providers.

Ayako has solid experience in various property and commercial matters such as property conveyancing (residential/commercial), off-the-plan developments, business sales/purchases, lease and assignment of lease (both lessors and lessees), franchising, share sale agreement and corporate structures.

Ayako is known for outstanding client service – you will receive frequent communication from her and never be left wondering what is happening with your matter. Ayako treats your business as her own and customises each matter to suit every client’s needs and requirements.
